ESTATE SALES INSIDE YOUR HOME:
Not only do we organize, clean (if need be), stage and price all the items on the property in order to prepare for a successful Estate Sale; but we also can provide you with in-town moving and complete clean out Services.
If you decide to hire us; there is nothing more for you to do but to watch us do our magic.
We will set a date for the Sale and depending on how much has to be staged; we will need access to the Property the week prior. Our Team will come with all the needed Supplies and stage your Estate sale. We take pictures and advertise via multiple channels and with Signage if allowed by HOA.

NOSTALGIANA - OFFSITE ESTATE LIQUIDATION & CONSIGNMENT STORE:
This option has been added for Clients that are not able to have an Estate Sale at their Home. Be it due to HOA Restrictions, having to meet a short Deadline or if you would like to just consign some items. Our Store is centrally located in Houston, TX @ BW & Westheimer Rd.

What happens after the Sale? We have several options in regards to the remaining items. Those option can be discussed once you set up a consultation with us.

It usually takes 72 hrs to complete Accounting for a general Estate Sale. Once completed you will receive a Check for your portion of the Proceeds, incl a copy of every single receipt written.
